Hello, I am Randy Quaid and I am an insane hobo.

**Side note: How the hell did this blog not have a "hobos" tag?!? You can thank me later for remedying that mind- boggling situation. ;)

I actually watched a few episodes of this growing up...

For some reason, I'd watch it when I stayed over at my grandmother's place. I think I had a crush on Stefanie Powers.

Now, behold, in all its cheesy glory, the opening of Hart to Hart.

(apologies for the skewed aspect ratio, but the YouTube one where it's fixed is less disco-y)

Brain Broked

It has to be fake right? No... it's real. In 1996, MC Hammer recorded a record with the seminal 90's gangsta rap label, Death Row (Suge Knight, Dr Dre, 2Pac, Snoop Doggy Dogg), that ended up never being released.

The record has all the trademarks of a 90's gangsta rap album: 70's R&B & funk as a musical backdrop, misogyny, drugs, violence, profanity, self praise, etc. Ya' know, all the fun stuff lol. Oh, don't forget to listen for the shoutout to Mike Tyson!

The weirdest part, it's surprisingly decent and listenable O_o

So if you want to hear MC Hammer rapping about pimping ho's or hear him do duets with the likes of 2Pac, download the album here for free.

Young Kermit had a mean streak

Check this kick-ass old ad compaign for Wilkins Coffee featuring an early, Goodfellas-esque incarnation of Kermit the Frog:

Cassandra - Bloody Lolita Shoot

Another shoot, another post.

I'd really like to hear your thoughts. Even if it's just "This one just didn't do anything for me" or "The blood is red," I'd still really appreciate your thoughts.

The Best Superhero Idea Ever

Dark Horse is going to print a collection of Basic Instructions (which is where this comic came from) in a few months. I think it's a good choice.

Stagger Lee

Here's one of my favorite videos, Nick Cave's version of the legend of Stagger Lee. It's been covered by scores of musicians (most famously by Lloyd Price), but never with such freakish dancing and profanity!

Be sure to watch the whole thing or you'll miss the best swears.
