"Jack" cosplay
One of my favorite recruits in MASS EFFECT 2 is the tattooed sociopath, Jack. She's got a great look, and while Google imaging her to show Randy what she looked like, I came across one of the most well done cosplays I've ever seen. Not only does this girl look like Jack, but she devised means to replicate all of Jack's elaborate tattoos and surgical scars.
First, here's a model of the character from the game:

Not the best shot (it's surprisingly tough to find good ones) but you can get the basic look from it. And here's the cosplay chick, pretty much looking like she stepped right off the screen:

You can see by the folds near the elbow in the last one that she actually made a thin bodysuit for the tattoos. She documents the process HERE

Sailor Moon Dunst (NSFW)
Kirsten Dunst kind of fell out of geek favor when she said some dumb stuff about Spider-Man, but maybe this anime/cosplay fusion video will put her back on top. It's kinda cute/hot.
(Oh, and the NSFW part is only because there's a handful of glimpses of naughty manga intercut in the video. The stuff with Dunst is fairly tame.)

The story behind it:
Dunst's cosplaying was part of a collaboration between McG, the director behind Terminator Salvation and Charlie's Angles, and Takashi Murakami, Japan's most famous living artist.
Dressed in an anime-style sailor suit, Dunst prances through Akiba, singing The Vapors' 1980 new wave smash "Turning Japanese", as a magical princess. (Dunst herself is a Sailor Moon fan.) The video, which was shown at the Tate Modern "Pop Life" exhibit last year, features appearances by Murakami and Bape designer Nigo.

I know Dave's been in Street Fighter mode...
and so have I, so when I saw this clip from the Jackie Chan movie City Hunter I had to post it.

Watchmen costume shots
Some look good, some look weak, but the same was true of the X-Men movie costumes in early stills and they ended up working out pretty well in motion.
Judge for ya damn self
Oh, and yes, it seems Ozymandias has nipples on his costume :(

The mother of all creepy posts...
Brit documentary on those "Real Dolls."
Right, so this behemoth's 45 minutes long and not safe for work (the Brits don't censor so much), but I swear I couldn't stop watching. Hilarious, horrifying, sad...nothing can prepare you.
NOTHING!
(try at least a few minutes)

It's kinda sad...
A guy just called the shop really desperate to track down the "2008 Nerdcore Calendar." I had to look it up just to see what it was, and...it's kinda sad:
