Hey Gang,
Instead of trying to let the word out individually to each of you I figured a good ole blog entry would get to the majority of my friends. The big news: After a year of application process (interviews, background checks, and paperwork) I have finally been hired by LCRA. I'll be working security for them here in Austin with some sweet state benefits and a professional paycheck, even more than I was making being a security supervisor for that fruit computer company ;-). Better hours, more time off and excellent training. I'll basically be a police officer lite (yes, I'll carry a gun and all sorts of fancy toys that make people go "owie"and maybe even a take home truck!) and I'll be at the very top of the security industry.

I wasn't planning on posting this up here, but I did a photoshoot recently, and at the end of the shoot, the model and I decided to do some pics with her Android powered phone and some Android themed wardrobe I picked up at the Android conference here in town a while back.

I just finished up a new photoset, and I'm happier with this one than anything I've done in a long time. Plus, I figured the idea of photos shot on the set of a fake B-grade horror flick might appeal to some folks on here... so here I am sharing something I'm proud of with some friends :)

52 Nudes in 2010
I'm doing a photobook project through the 52 weeks of this year, and the theme is 52 nudes.
I'm not going for artistic nudes OR hot/sexy nudes. Rather, the idea is fun and silly nudes. I want to basically show how much fun being naked and silly is, and I plan on putting it all together into a book in Jan 2011.
So, as far as subjects go, I'm looking for just any gender, age, or body type so long as the individual is of age and doesn't have clothes on. The person can be covered up with hands, pots/pans, whatever... just not with clothes. Stuff like this, just without clothes:
I think I already have the first month booked, but I'll definitely be on the hunt for new subjects through the year as 52 is a big number. I'll probably be needing to repeat some subjects now and again, but I'm striving for as few repeats as possible.
So, if you or somebody you know is maybe up for it, you know how to find me.

I need a new graphical logo/watermark for my photography site. Maybe we can work something out so I can stop using my text-based one. I'm poor, so I can pay very little, but I can offer photography services in trade, and I can advertise you on my website, my blog, and my myspace.
My website and business card color scheme is black, white, and red. Keeping the color scheme would be nice so I don't have to re-do my site or cards, but if you come up with something completely different that looks just awesome, I could still change my cards and site to match.

Metal Dolls multi-model shoot in the can
I'm linking to it here rather than just putting in my RSS feed like I usually do because there are a handful of images towards the end that I'm very proud of... but won't make it into my portfolio....and I really really wanted somebody to see them.
The model in the shots at the end will not have any of her photos posted anywhere (my site or Metal Dolls) because she put the professional reputation and credibility of myself and Metal Dolls at risk with her behavior.
