Folksy, male vocals version... of Britney Spears' "Hit Me Baby One More Time"
just came on the store Pandora station, and I just had to share.
Disney Horror Continued...

The more I read about EPIC MICKEY, the more interested I am. It got me poking around YouTube for strange old Disney stuff and Disney's spookier outings. As a result, I'm gonna devote the final week of the Halloween Blogstravaganza exclusively to Disney. I've got some really cool stuff lined up, starting with...
PINK ELEPHANTS ON PARADE
This is from 1941's Dumbo, when Dumbo and his mouse buddy get blitzed. It's nightmarish, awesome, and extremely catchy ta boot:

"The Citizen Kane of Keyboard Cat"
As impossible as it may same, an internet meme snuck by under our noses. It was called Keyboard Cat and in its raw form, looked like this:
Whatever, right? But once said video goes through the internet TALENT MACHINE, it happened: the Citizen Kane of Keyboard Cat...

I've been meaning to post the White Wedding one for a while now, but the Total Eclipse of the Heart video is what reminded me, so I'm posting that one too.
Fair Warning: The Total Eclipse one goes to a bizarre place at about the 3:30 mark.

but this is pretty much what comes to mind every time I see a white guy with dreads...
Morrison always give good interview
Just finished reading his big-ass, post-Final Crisis interview with IGN, and the guy always makes me want to believe. This time's no exception. Figure I'll break out my full trade run of Seven Soldiers and see if I still feel the same way when I'm done, but...he's almost got me looking forward to trying to wrap my mind around Final Crisis when it's collected.

Estelle
Hey, D3, here's a few vids by that Brit hip-hop chick I was talking about. Rolling Stone sez: "For anyone who never warmed to Erykah Badu's Egyptology or still mourns Lauryn Hill's disappearance, help has arrived."
I'm diggin' her.

Yes, friends, there was a time when the mighty terrorist organization, Cobra, tried to take over the world with 80s hair metal. Dare you risk falling under their trance?
Cold Slither takes the stage!
