TVGuide.com: Is there a sort of "letdown" for a Lost actor after you get "your" episode for the season?
Mitchell: [Laughs] I'm so flipping hard on myself that for me it's a relief! Other people's episodes are a heck of a lot easier to watch. This is like pulling nails. I suppose there is [a letdown], but at the same time I'm a story dork. I'm a book reader, a comic-book reader, so I'm always interested in what happens next. I actually just got the script for [Episode] 409, and I was sitting here reading it just completely entranced, and it had very little to do with me. That's the kind of show it is. I was already a fan, so to be on the "inside" of it is kind of crazy.
Lost at my place tonight
I'll be watching the season premiere of Lost tonight on my snazzy 50" HDTV, and we'll have munchies on-hand. It's short notice, I know, but anybody who wants to come by and join in, is welcome and encouraged to do so.

J.J. Abrams on "mystery boxes"
From the guy behind Lost, Alias and Cloverfield, a surprisingly interesting discussion of the use of mystery, technology, and deeper themes in genre movies. As a huge fan of Jaws, I love the scene he shows the clip from.
Best Lost Recap Ever
Has spoilers for Lost Season Three (except the finale) and Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkhaban. And is awesome. A sample:

Lost - Three More Years - Sort Of
Variety is reporting 48 more episodes, but it's in three 16-episode seasons. So essentially, five years.
About two years (and 24 episodes) longer than I'd like, but it's still got potential to wrap well in that time.
