It's one'a them free fileshare sites, so I won't promise you won't get a virus, but it was first linked by Cth on the Benbo, and he's usually cautious about such stuff. I downloaded it and...well, no death-virus so far :)
Mega Upload is indeed, a safe site. I use it regularly on some of the sites I visit.
