My favorites are the leftmost bro in the opening bit and the black kid. Seeing the black kid cover his mouth, and realizing it is a common reaction to something startling, got me to wondering why we do it. What's the instinct that says, "Cover your mouth!" when we hear bad news or get freaked out?

It's the instinct that tells you that whatever fucked up thing you are seeing would be ten times worse if it got in your mouth.
