Well this is way late...but this is a Halloween novelty song written by Nick Diamonds of the band Islands (formerly of the Unicorns). He rounded up some pretty great guests for it: David Cross, Beck, Elvira. It's a good little tune, and if you like kooky progressive rock then check out some of Islands albums.
